My experience with JS Care Agency is the best thing that has happened to me. They are able to assign a specific carer to my dad as the ‘Preferred Carer’ as this helps immensely with delivering person-centred care for my dad. This is a major plus. They provide super, really good care, I love their great diverse team and the committed management.
